How can I pay my rent? What forms of payment are acceptable?
Rent payment options include online payments using an e-check, credit, or debit card. Alternatively, payments can be made in person at MoneyGram locations.What fees/deposits are due upon applying? Moving in?
When applying to Eagle Pointe, there is a $50 application fee per adult (non-refundable) and a $150 administration fee (non-refundable). Upon move-in, rent and deposit are required.Are the apartments furnished?
We do not provide furnished apartments. However, kitchen appliances are included.Is there an application fee?

The initial payment includes the first month's rent and a security deposit. Please note that the security deposit cannot be applied towards rent. Eagle Pointe is a smoke-free building. Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings.Can residents put personal grills on their patios?
Please note that grills are not allowed on the premises, as per the City of West St. Paul ordinance.What is the pet policy?
Dogs and Cats are permitted. A total of two pets are allowed per household. Eagle Pointe utilizes petscreening.com for all animal screening prior to move-in and renewal. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet, and pet rent is $25 per month per pet. Dog Breed Restriction List: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, and Akitas.Is there a fee or permit required for parking?
