submitted by Yu S. - |Recommended: NoThe Front Door Intercom Needs To Be Fixed. — We would appreciate if the carpet in public area like stair and hall way can be washed clean for once or twice a year. It's getting nasty. The intercom is been broken for over 6 months, still not fixed yet since we send out the request, many package are sent back because of that. Lots of dog shit on lawn, maybe poop print is recommend Nice neighborhood, people are nice around here thanks god

She helped me so much with everything I needed when I came in to speak with her. She is very understanding and has done more with the property than other managers that have been here. I was going to move out but thanks to her I will be extended my stay.

submitted by Adrienne - |Recommended: NoThe hallways are never clean, people leave their trash and boxes at the chutes instead of throwing their things in the chute on ALL floors , The elevator is gross, the halls are gross, I'm not sure whose photos are on the main website page because I have NEVER seen an apartment as nice as these, the parking garage has old appliances all over, people leave their trash in the hall, it smells like dog crap throughout the property outside as well , the apartment doors could be more secure. Ha the amount of rent my friends pay here - they could have a decent home ANYWHERE in MN. It's sad. Then management is respond to the reviews positively and not changing ANYTHING....

submitted by Joyce R. - |Recommended: NoDogs — Dead animals reported and dog feces can't walk outside of building. Parking double parking hard to find spot to park in front of building cars parking in fire lane. No follow through with written policies.
